Return Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We are responsible for the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please follow the policy below and return it within 30 days after receiving the product. Please note that we do not accept returns after 30 days, but we provide a one-year warranty period, please check all products after receipt.

To return a purchase, please follow the directions below.

  1. Within 30 days after you receive the goods, if there is any manufacturer defect in the goods, please contact us immediately and take photos and videos for us to check. After verification, you may return fullrefund of any lighting equipment or related products, including the return freight you paid (the expedited freight will not be returned).  (NOTE: If there is any manufacturer defect or shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours and take photos and videos to show us the defect for us to verify.)
  1. If there is no manufacturer defect and you want to return it for other reasons, you can still return them. However, since there is no defect of the manufacturer, you are responsible for paying two-way freight (two-way freight: the return freight shall be borne by the customer, and the freight we deliver will also be deducted from the refund), and ensure that the product is sealed in the original packaging and in the resale state. Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in resalable condition, we will issue the refund minus the shipping cost for us.

NOTE: If the return is not due to a manufacturer defect, customers are responsible to ship the product back to us at your own cost and our shipping cost will be deducted from the refund as well.

  1. We are unable to accept returns on products that have been installed, custom modifications,  or on any special order item (any item or style not listed on our website).
  1. If returned products arrived damaged or used we will not be able to provide a refund. For this reason, we strongly advise you to use an insured, traceable shipping method to return items.

Note: The returned product must be in its original packaging and in a new/unused condition to be eligible for a refund. If the product is already installed, it cannot be returned. Customized products are also not eligible for return.

Return Steps

Please follow the steps below to return any part of your order in accordance with our return policy.

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email and specify the items to return. Please indicate the reason of return in the email and indicate whether you want to get refund or replace the goods.
  1. Ensure that all parts of returned items are completely sealed in their original packaging, including all original packaging materials.
  1. Before shipment, please take the photos inside and outside the package as records to show that the product is indeed in the original state.
  1. After shipping, please take a picture of the receipt together with the tracking number and send it to support@antoinelight.com. Once we receive and check the return, we will issue a refund or replacement and send you an email confirmation after the return.

Note: We strongly recommend insurance to prevent damage to the package during its return to us.

Refunds

After we receive the product(s) you returned, we need 7 business days to check the damage and restock. After the inspection, we will refund accordingly.

  1. For store credit and gift card refunds, we’ll credit your account within 1 business day once we’ve received notification that you have returned your product(s).
  2. For credit card refunds, we’ll begin issuing your refund once we’ve received notification that you have returned your product(s). Most banks will process the refund within 3-5 business days.
  3. For all other refund methods, please allow up to 2 weeks for us to fully process your return and issue your refund.

If the returned product(s) cannot be resold due to damage or use, we will not be able to provide a refund. 

Cancellation of Order

Customized items are not eligible for cancellation. For non-customized orders, you can confirm the cancellation free of charge by replying to the order confirmation email within 24 hours after the order is placed. After 24 hours, you can still cancel as long as the product has not been shipped, however, a $50 processing fee will be charged. Once the product is shipped out, the order can not be canceled.

Note: Special purchased products and invoices marked 'Customized Invoice', 'Made to Order', or 'Final Sale' Special purchases, such as Inventory Sale Items, Discontinued Items, and Custom Quotes.

THE TYPES OF ORDERS MENTIONED ABOVE DO NOT QUALIFY FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN OR REFUND
